Noni is our Director of Business Development who joined us in December 2023. Noni has a career spanning nine years in the field of Dermatology and a total of over 18 years in management, she brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the business. Specialising in healthcare administration and dermatological services, she has adeptly navigated the intricacies of this specialised industry. She has a reputation for commitment to excellence, driving operational efficiency and fostering strong relationships with both patients and medical professionals. Her extensive experience encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities including financial management, staff supervision, strategic planning and business development. Her proficiency in optimising workflows and implementing innovative solutions has consistently led to enhanced patient care outcomes and organisational growth. Along with her extensive experience, Noni has also completed a Diploma of Professional Practice Leadership through the University of New England in 2018. She has a solid foundation of managerial acumen and a deep understanding of dermatological practices. When not at work, Noni likes to spend time with her husband and 3 adult children. She also loves going for long walks and discovering more of her new home town of Sydney.
Louise
Receptionist
Louise has extensive experience in healthcare. Working at KDAA for over six years she has been with the practice since the beginning and has a deep understanding of the practice and the Dermatologists working here. Her previous experience with local GP's provided her with a solid foundation in primary care and patient interaction. Louise is committed to providing quality healthcare services and has built strong relationships with both colleagues and patients over the years. She is a familiar face for all patients who have been coming to Kingsway Dermatology and Aesthetics for many years. Louise likes to spend her time away from the office with her family and her beloved Cavoodle - Buddy.
Alexiya

Alexiya has over five years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Graduating from Wollongong University with a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, and English Literature, she brings a unique blend of creativity and professionalism to her role. Her journey began with a passion for the arts, where she honed her skills in painting and sculpting. This creative background instilled in her a keen eye for detail and a knack for effective communication, qualities that serve her well in her administrative duties. Beyond her work, Alexiya finds joy in expressing herself through art, often immersing herself in painting and sculpting projects during her free time. Keira is our passionate Cosmetic Assistant Nurse, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Nursing degree at Charles Sturt University, with a deep commitment to providing exceptional patient care and previously completing a Diploma of Beauty Therapy. Known for her willingness to learn and grow, she seamlessly blends her expertise in beauty with a desire to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. Keira is one of our cosmetic receptionist as well as our Laser Hair Removal technician and assists in other treatments within the practice. Outside of her studies, she enjoys baking delicious treats, exploring the outdoors, and staying active through sports with friends.With a heart for both beauty and healing, she is ready to make a difference in every life she touches.
